If you find it necessary to return an item, you will need to contact us directly. After informing us of the nature of your problem or the reason for the return, we will issue you an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) if applicable. You must have an RMA # before you send an item back to us or it will be refused and returned to you. Once you are issued an RMA #, you will be advised by our staff where to ship the return item. Please clearly print the RMA # on the box (original package if possible) and include a copy of the RMA inside the container. The box must also contain the product or part in reuseable condition and a copy of the sales receipt or it will be sent back with any applicable shipping charges.

Along with your receipt, please include your name, address, and daytime telephone number so we may contact you with any questions or concerns. Special orders cannot be returned. Once we have inspected your return and determined that it is complete and in saleable condition, we will issue you the appropriate credit. Please allow time for shipping and return processing.
